BenefitMany was a software development company focused on helping small businesses run better internal operations. We supported a wide mix of partners, including a law office, a print apparel company, a nonprofit serving victims of domestic abuse, and an insurance company that later brought our team in for a larger software initiative.

The core challenge was that many small businesses need custom software tailored to their exact workflows. I led frontend development and UX across these projects, usually using Vue/Nuxt with a Ruby on Rails API.
